越前おろし蕎麦三昧のチケットでおろし蕎麦を頂きました。
1,500円のチケットで、市内21店舗のお蕎麦屋さんから3店舗選んで蕎麦巡りが出来ます。
500円のクーポンまで付いていて、かなりお得です。
蕎麦は、通常より小さめと記載ありですが、
通常サイズかと個人的には、思いました。
福井のおろしそばは、ぶっかけスタイル。
庄境屋さんのおろしそばは、
そばに、つゆは、大根おろしの入ったものをかけます。
蕎麦にも、大根おろしがのっていました。
ダブルの大根おろしですね。
Ｗの大根おろしで、辛いかな想いつつ食べるとそうでもなく、
終盤に、辛さがやってくる感じです。
何より、そばが美味しく、外一、粗挽き、硬く茹でられて、
美味しい。
そば以外のメニューもあり、この時期（土用の丑の日頃）
うな重を召し上がっているお客様があり、メニューを見ると、お安く、
次回は、これかななどと思いました。
