I arrived at the station in the afternoon and was hungry, so I saw the only lunch board in front of JR Takefu Station, which meant I only had 30 minutes until my next bus. That's why I walked into the store without thinking anything. I went in thinking I was going to have lunch at a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Osaka, but when I opened the door, I realized that it was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with private rooms for everyone to take off their shoes. . . I was worried that I would be able to have lunch in 30 minutes, but as soon as I was shown to my room, I saw Seafood Bowl on the menu, so I hurriedly ordered it. There were two daily set meals on the lunch menu, but that day I had pork kimchi and katsutoji, so I thought it would be a waste to have that menu at a Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Fukui. . . Well, if there was Seafood Bowl, I would always choose Seafood Bowl. The fact that there is more than just one kind Seafood Bowl is probably because it's from Fukui, or because it's a Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). There are quite a lot of options, from tekka donburi to toro salmon pickled rice bowl, 3 kinds of assortments, 7 kinds of assortments, etc. However, perhaps because it was a weekday, even though there were many photos of the menu, it was a bit disappointing that most of the menus had stickers pasted over them saying that most of them were not available (;^ω^) is a rose flyer @ 788 yen. Cheap! Other bowls are priced in the 500-600 yen range, making Seafood Bowl menu an exceptionally low price! Awesome! When it comes to tourist spots, Seafood Bowl are usually around 3,000 yen. (Well, I guess it's different.) Seafood at Barachirashi is red meat such as yellowtail and tuna, topped with cucumber, perilla leaves, and tamago. It's sprinkled with sesame seeds, and the sesame seeds do a surprisingly good job. The rice underneath was slightly vinegared, which was good as it wasn't too sour, but unfortunately the vinegared rice was also a bit warm. Seafood Bowl tend to be better served with cold vinegared rice, since Seafood tastes a bit spoiled. Also, the amount of rice is very large. I'm thankful that my stomach is full, but I did use quite a bit of soy sauce. Also, I wish there was a small plate to mix the soy sauce and wasabi in advance. Since I didn't have a small plate, I had no choice but to use a miso soup lid and mix wasabi and soy sauce.By the way, I ate it all in a hurry and barely made it to the bus.
