せっかくなので 評判のお店を訪問しました。
とっても店の雰囲気は 旅気分を演出してくれる 最高の店内でした。メニューも地酒から珍味まですべてが揃っており 食べるのが楽しみでした。
今回は 奮発して 上(じょう)のお造りと 十割そばの天ぷら御膳、地酒一合 を注文しました。
提供されました品々をみるとどれも立派でした。お造りには サザエの殻が載っていました。不思議なことに、サザエの身の造りはありませんでしたが。映えを見せるために載せたのでしょう。そうゆう演出は初めてでした。それでも旅気分は 盛り上がりました。
お造りと 十割そば を食してみると お味のほうは 普通でした。とくに、そばつゆがなかったのと ぬるいそば湯 が提供されたので 食べる側の美味しく食べる工夫が必要でした。それで わたしは 醤油と天つゆでたべることにしました。
なかなか面白い 雰囲気は最高のお店でした。
