I'm no iron man, but I wonder if the Shinkansen will ever open in my lifetime. So, my friend and I decided to transfer to Thunderbird on the day it opened.We thought we would just take a look at the Hokuriku Shinkansen, but it turned out to be a round trip of only one stop, lol.So, in front of Tsuruga Station, I searched for Tabelog and found this. This guy was on the Sea of Japan side, so the sashimi was fresh, and he had a whole grilled mackerel with plenty of fat, and he was sitting behind us, probably riding his bike across Japan. Young man, I saw you were eating pork cutlet with sauce, and now you're eating pork cutlet with sauce? I was a bit of a fool with my friend, thinking he was a strange guy. When I left the store and went to the station, I found Tsuruga's famous sauce pork cutlet! Sorry ( ; ; ) Young bicycle guy! The next day, I revisited Marusanya for lunch and had the famous pork cutlet with sauce and soba noodles. This was really delicious, lol. Since the Shinkansen was about to open, there were a lot of entertainers, so it was a lively place in front of Tsuruga Station.
