平日のお昼に訪問。
夜の営業で締めに出していたラーメンの評判が良く、
ランチタイムはラーメンを充実させているようです。
名前を見て気になった爆弾ラーメンを注文。
トッピングに煮玉子。
ラーメンには唐辛子がのっており、
食べ方はお好みで間にかじるか、
キッチンバサミで切って辛さを調整するとのこと。
スープは魚介系の出汁が効いて美味しい。
これに唐辛子の辛さが加わって、
寒い日には最高の味です。
麺ともよく合いました。
