たまたま近くまで来たので、敦賀湾近くで海鮮系ランチを食べられるお店を探してこちらへ。
近くに人気の海鮮丼のお店等もありましたが、ここは敦賀で穫れた魚に拘っていると情報があり、定吉へ。
店内は広めのお座敷とテーブルが数席。
平日のお昼過ぎだった事もあってか、他にお客さんは居ませんでした。
定食と海鮮丼を注文。
大将と女将さんが手早く給仕してくれました。
定食のアジフライは、最初は何もつけずに食べなさい。
海鮮丼は具とご飯が別になっていて、刺身を醤油に付けてからご飯と一緒に食べなさい。等、大将のコダワリポイントがあり、ご指導を受けていただきました。
刺身は肉厚でボリュームがあり新鮮。
アジフライも厚みがありフワフワでとても美味しかったです。
食事やお店の見た目は「映え」とはかけ離れていますが、確かに良い食材をこだわって使われているんだなというのがよくわかりました。
最後には大将と女将さん二人で笑顔で送り出してくれて、良い旅の思い出になりました(*^_^*)ごちそうさまでした。
