福井県敦賀市で夕食を食べました。
お店は敦賀市の郊外の敦賀警察署の南側の国道沿いの大きな交差点にあります。
廻転寿司海鮮アトムと大きく書かれた三角屋根の可愛い建物が目印です。
福井県に何店舗か展開している評判の回転寿司のお店に行って来ました。
カウンターとボックスがある回転寿司ですが、なかなか説明が難しいですが、それぞれがあまり見えないプライベート空間が工夫された店内です。
ネタも流れていますが、遠慮なくタッチパネルで注文する雰囲気なので全皿握りたてを食べることが出来ました。
光物三昧、海の幸軍艦、人気三昧、炙り鯖の押し寿司などを食べました。
光物三昧は〆さば、こはだ、あじがの三貫が一皿でネタも３００円とは思えない大きさです。
〆さばとこはだの酢加減も良いですね。
海の幸軍艦は魚をさばいた時に出る端っこを盛り合わせたと思われる軍艦で１５０円はお得だと思います。
人気三昧は真いか、ぶり、甘えびの三貫がこれまた３００円で、真いかは柔らかく、ぶりは脂が乗っています。
福井に来たら炙り鯖寿司や焼き鯖寿司は外せません。
福井の名産の鯖を焼いたり炙ったりすることで香ばしくなり、鯖の脂の甘さを感じます。
全てとても美味しいお寿司でした。
客層は平日の夜に訪問したので、夫婦、カップル、家族連れなどなどが多くボックスはほぼ満席でしたが、カウンターは比較的空いていました。
明るい店内は清潔感があり店員の接客も良く、ネタの大きさや種類、値段、注文してから届くまでの時間など全て満足できる内容でした。
少し前にケンミンショーで、富山や石川など北陸の回転寿司のレベルが高いことを放送していましたが、福井の回転寿司もレベルが高いと思います。
北陸地方は北海道と同じく回転寿司が多いので、中途半端なお店では生き残れないのでしょう。
どのネタも新鮮で大きいので、また福井に来た時は他の海鮮アトムのお店にも行ってみたいと思います。
