朝早くに福井県に釣りに行く際に前を通り過ぎるだけでしたが、初来訪。
ランチタイムに伺いました。
ランチメニュー色々ありましたが、寿司うどんランチ 1,000円にしました。
うどんをおろし蕎麦に変更できたので、せっかく福井に来たらおろし蕎麦でしょ！という事で蕎麦を選択。
なんとこのお店ランチタイムは日替りお味噌汁が無料でした。
本日は海老の味噌汁としじみの味噌汁の2種類でした。
まずは海老の味噌汁から。
甘海老の頭が入っています。こういうのはお寿司屋さんならではでないでしょうか。捨てるのではなく最後までしっかりいただく。SDGsですね。
しじみの方は生姜の風味があり、いいお味。朝に飲みたい一杯です。
お寿司はマグロ，いか、サーモン、玉子、たこ、石垣貝、カニ風味サラダ、稲荷の8種。
これにサラダとおろし蕎麦が付いてきます。
まぁ、寿司ネタは福井らしさゼロですがランチとしては上々。
驚いたのはおろし蕎麦。セットの蕎麦だとタカを括っていましたが、蕎麦のカットが不揃いで乱切り蕎麦でした。越前蕎麦らしい歯応えのある蕎麦で、寿司屋の蕎麦とは思えない美味しさでした。大盛り出来たら絶対頼みます。
サラダも新鮮でしたし、これで1,000円は安い。
かなりコスパ高いお店でした。
