2009年3月に開業した店。
地元で養殖したフグや地魚にメインにした料理を提供。
マスター自身が自前の船で鯛や平政、鰤、鯵など釣った魚もお店で提供、なんて素敵なフレーズ。
敦賀駅近くにあるコチラのお店に久しぶりの敦賀遠征の帰りに寄らせていただきましたU^ェ^U。
注文したのは、
●ふぐ飯定食 1650円
日替わり定食 1100円も夜でも頼めそうなのですが、
やはり『ふぐ』という響きに負けてしまいました。
お店はカウンターを中心に、テーブル席なんかも多く
結構広めのお店ですね。自身以外にも常連さんなのか
一人で酒を飲みながら一品料理も頼まれていたので、
一人でも入りやすい雰囲気でいいですねー♪
としばらく待ってメニュー登場！
何か思っていたのと違うイメージ！？
下のご飯は酢飯でふぐの皮や身がご飯の上に乗っかっています。
ふぐの身は美味しいのですが、ポン酢の味が染みすぎているかなぁって感じでした。まあ値段考えれば、これくらいなんでしょうかねU^ェ^U
小鉢には海老以外にこんにゃくや菜の煮物が添えられていてお店のこだわりを感じます。
味噌汁も美味しかったです♪
雰囲気も良かったですし、他の料理も酒でも呑みながらなんて感じのいいお店って感じでした。日替わり定食も後の方が注文されていたのですが、遠目でしたが
良さげでしたね。
