敦賀駅の西口エリアで、夕方以降に食事をしたいと思った時に、歩いて行ける範囲内に色色と御食事処が有ります。今回の『食事処 建』さんもその中の一軒です。このお店が有難いのは、夕方以降もランチ同様の定食が味逢える事です。そして何よりも＋αの出費がかからない事です。
お店に到着しまして表に置いてある看板を見ると、日替り定食は売り切れと書いてありました。でも、私の目当ては“刺身定食”なのでいっこうに構わないのです。そのまま店内に突入しますとオンリーワン状態でした。カウンター席の中央に陣取りまして、目の前におられる板前さんに直接『刺身定食の並をお願いします。』と注文しました。
間もなく登場しました。お刺身の種類を板前さんにお伺いしましたら、サーモン・サワラのたたき・イカ・しめ鯖・スズキの五種類と教えてくださいました。他には小鉢（煮物）・御飯・味噌汁・漬物も付いてきました。
この刺身定食には“上”も有りましたが、夕方にハンバーガーを食しましたので、このくらいが小鳥の私にはちょうど良かったです。ご馳走様でした。
追記：８月に入りましてから断続的に降り続いた大雨で被災された皆様に、心よりお見舞いを申し上げます。一日も早いぬくもりのある日常に戻られる事をお祈り申し上げます。
