個人的な主観です！
お仕事で10数名で宴会、地元の方に予約して頂きました。越前がにが11月6日に解禁となり、年内までのせいこがに(メス)をみんなで頂きました。
宴会と言いながら、みんな無口になりカニを食しました。鯖キズシも酢味噌と共に頂きとても美味しかったです。急に寒くなり温かい茶碗蒸しも染み渡りました。
東京・大阪と戻らなければならない中、ギリギリまでワイワイしておりました。今年の初物を頂きありがとうございました。
