びわ湖の最南端、敦賀に、一般的なご飯ものや麺類、刺身などとは異なる、本格的な刺身店があります。数種類の魚の刺身を一体化し、そこに新鮮な魚卵や新鮮な食材を加えた丼全体が立体感に溢れ、魚の鮮度も相まって丼全体が完成するのが特徴です。旨みたっぷりの刺身ご飯。大盛りの魚飯を食べ終わった後は、魚卵、ウニ、卵黄漬けが入った温かいご飯の小鉢もあり、冷凍ご飯を食べた後は、温かいご飯と温かい味噌魚汁を添えて体を温めます。お腹も大満足です。
