お店に到着したのは14時20分頃、ラストオーダー10分前でしたが入口近くにある機械で問題無く予約を入れる事が出来、隣にある待合室で順番を待ちます。
店内に案内していただいたのは15時頃、カウンター席に座りメニューを拝見、「恵びす大黒丼(竹)」(2,950円)をいただく事にしました。
運ばれて来た「恵びす丼(竹)」は胡麻がふりかけられたごはんの上に、雲丹、イクラ、鮪、鯛、ブリ、サーモン、イカ、タコ、バイ貝、エビ、数の子、大葉、胡瓜、山葵が盛り付けられており、お店の方の説明通りに醤油を回す様に３周ほどかけて山葵を少し付けながらいいただきます。
濃厚な雲丹やプチプチとしたイクラなどそれぞれのネタの食感の変化や味や香り楽しめダシの効いた醤油がネタやごはんに染みて美味しくいただけます。
「恵びす丼」を食べ終わり運ばれて来たひとまわり小さな「大黒丼」には雲丹、イクラ、卵黄が盛り付けられ、合わせていただくと濃厚な味わいとなり「恵びす丼」よりも雲丹の味をより強く感じる事ができ、あっさりとした鯛だし汁と一緒美味しくいただきました。
お店の雰囲気やサービスも良く、別の建物に待合室も用意されているなど人気店らしい配慮がされた素敵なお店でした。
