GWに敦賀を散策。もちろんお昼はすずやさん。オープンにやや遅れていくとすでに待っている人多数の人気ぶり。駅前駐車場も満杯で敦賀が賑わっているのが嬉しい。待つこと50分テーブル席に案内される。今回はもちろんのおろしそばとしらす丼、ネギトロ丼（どちらも1200円）のセットを注文。満員の店内では温かいそばを注文している人もいて、県外の人なんかなーとおろしそばのおいしさを味わって欲しいと余計なことも思ってしまう。十割そばは一口目からうまい！とつぶやいてしまうおいしさ。出汁、ゆで加減、細麺の喉越しどれをとっても美味しい絶品。丼は酢めしでどちらもそばとよく合う。人気なのが再確認できるすずやさんでした。少し値上げされてました。
