仕事で敦賀市へ。アポイント前にお昼をといろいろ検討しすずやさんへ。待つ事なくカウンターに座ることができました。福井県ですのでおろしそばと海鮮丼のセットを。
少しして海鮮丼とおろしそばが。お蕎麦自体も美味しいし、大根の程よい辛みとつゆがこれまた美味い。カツオとネギも合わせながらも食すとさらに良い。
海鮮丼はマグロ、ネギトロ、甘エビ、しらす、イカ、1番惜しかったのがハマチ？、かんぱち？、これが特に感動の美味しさ。ご飯の温かさ、程よい酢が効いててこの海鮮丼食べる価値あります。次は天ぷらも食べたい。
