立地もよく、なんとなく老舗の雰囲気。生簀を囲むようにカウンター席があります。宴会用、鍋料理用の座敷もあります。
小浜はいつもランチ時に着くように日帰りがメイン。小浜で探すのはいつもランチのお店ばかり。ここはどちらかというと、ふぐやかに、牡蠣など若狭湾の地の魚を堪能するお店。ランチには高級すぎますが、日替わりランチが評判なので立ち寄ってみました。
確かにランチ１０００円、カレイの煮付け、鯛の子の煮付け、お刺身、味噌汁、コーヒーもセットに。
生簀はなぜか魚がだんだんやせていくような気がするので、あまり好きではないですが、真偽のほどはわかりません。やせるほど長期間は置いてないでしょうから。単なる印象です。
さすがに味も中身もお値打ち。ほかは少し手が届きません。ランチはやはり１５００円までかな？相手にもよりますが。
ゆったりいただけるのがいいです。
久しぶりの訪問
１２月も半ば過ぎ、今夜は小浜地方は雪の予報 時折雨がぱらつきますが、これで雪になるのかな？
勢子かにを食べたかったのですが、今一歩のところで品切れ 漁期は年内いっぱい 今期は無理ですね
鯖寿司が評判なので鯖寿司定食に
肉厚のしめ鯖にほどよい塩梅のしゃりが絶妙 さすがに名物 感動ものです 即、土産に二本頼みました
帰宅して竹の皮を解いたら、見事な昆布で巻いてあります これまた絶妙
正直今まで食べてきたほかの鯖寿司はなんだったのだろうと自問自答 うまいものはうまいですね
