やはり小浜と言えば魚でしょう。この界隈には本当に沢山の海鮮割烹が
ありますが、ここはお値段もお手頃だし評判もよさそうなので試しに行って
みました。
昼飯時よりも気持ち早かったので店内はガラガラ。
店の中には生簀があって雰囲気は良いですね。ショーケースみたいな（笑）
ガラスに囲まれたところで板さんが一生懸命仕込みをしてました。
ランチも定食も色々あったんですが、実は先日福井駅前のコンビニで買って
食べた「焼き鯖寿司」が滅茶苦茶美味しかったので、今度は店で出来立てを
試してみたかったのです。
そこで今回は「鯖寿司定食」の鯖を「焼き鯖」に変えてもらってトライしました。
内容としては焼き鯖寿司（ほぼ一匹分）に煮物、小鉢、アラ汁にお新香という内容で
ほぼ１５００円くらいだったと思います。
焼き鯖････美味しいんですが、ちょっと失敗かも。このお店、絶対に作り置きしない
というポリシーは立派ですが、逆を言うとその日に良い鯖が入らなければそれまで
なんですよね（汗）。美味しいのは美味しいんですが、ちょっと脂の乗りが貧弱で
肉厚もあまり無かったのが残念。それでいて酢飯が結構ガッツリ量があるので
完全に酢飯に負けてました。シャリとの間に薄いガリを挟むなどの細かい仕事は
嬉しいですが、素材がちょっと･･･。
煮物＆小鉢＆アラ汁は文句なし。とっても美味しかったです。
それともう一点、非常に残念なポイントがあったのですが、食べログ管理者の
検閲が入りましたのでここでの言及は避けます。
