This is a Japanese Cuisine where you can enjoy seafood from Wakasa Bay. They seem to be short-staffed, so we ordered a sashimi platter and fugu sashimi in advance. As soon as we sat down and the sake was brought to us, the sashimi and fugu sashimi were brought to us. At this restaurant, it is a win-win for both the restaurant and the customer to make a reservation for food about three days in advance. The tuna, yellowtail, sea bream, salmon, raw shrimp, squid, and turban shells were all very delicious. The aori squid in particular was very sweet and the deliciousness spread throughout the mouth. The sea bream and turban shells also had a crunchy and fresh taste. The salmon had an amazing amount of fat and flavor. Wakasa fugu is said to be the highest quality among fugu. The texture and flavor were extremely excellent. While eating, we ordered fugu skin and grilled mackerel Sushi as a finishing touch. We were able to enjoy the seafood of Wakasa Bay to the fullest.
