福井県小浜市にあるお店。
いけす割烹のお店のようだ。
福井県は敦賀を境に嶺北と嶺南の大きく２つに別れ、全く別の県のようだ。若狭地方は嶺南になり、名古屋からも馴染みがある海岸で、関西の奥座敷的意味合いも持つ。こちらのお店はその、小浜市にあるようだ。
現在、丸栄で開催中の「福井県物産と観光展」での利用。
越前そばとソースかつ丼でお昼を済ませた後、晩飯用の食材を物色。
いつも肉か魚か、という選択肢になるが、今回は事前リサーチで気になっていたこちらの太巻きに決定。
蟹の身を巻いてある太巻き、何て見たことないモンね！４貫で２０００円、８貫で４０００円と値段もゴージャス！
それはそれは贅沢な見た目だけど、太巻きとしては食べにくかった（笑）崩れてくるんだわ・・・実用性は疑問。
話題性先行型の商品ですね。食べログにはいいけど・・・・（苦笑）
