福岡市博多区冷泉町にあるお蕎麦屋さん 「信州そば むらた」 です
櫛田神社からの表参道沿いにあります
とても趣のあるお店 夕方早い時間に寄らせていただきました
カンター席に落ち着いて まずは
「瓶ビール」 750円 と
「板わさ」 500円 でまずは喉をうるおして
「上天ざる」 2700円 を注文です
店内はとても落ち着いた雰囲気
観光客や 家族連れも多いですね 外国の方もいらっしゃいます
さすが博多 とてもにぎわっています
さて 「上天ざる」 です
エビ天が大きい さっくり揚がっていて美味しい
他には 白身魚、イカ 野菜がナス、椎茸、ピーマン、タマネギ、カボチャ
とても衣がかるく 素材のおいしさがはっきりしてていい（ピーマン甘い）
そして 「もりそば」
とってもコシがつよく しっかりとしたお蕎麦
のどごしがたまりませんね つるっといくらでも食べられそうです 美味しい
せっかくなんで お酒も一杯
福岡のお酒 「黒田武士」 650円 とってもすっきりした味です
美味しいお蕎麦にぴったり
最後の〆は 「そば湯」 です
とっても濃厚で しみじみ旨い ほんわか満足感に満たされますね
