Food Enjoy the original taste of soba made with homemade flour.
Murata's soba is basically ground by the owner using his own stone mill, freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled. We offer four types of soba: 100 percent buckwheat soba made from 100% buckwheat flour, flavorful coarsely ground inaka soba, unusual soba made with seasonal ingredients such as yuzu and shiso, and Nihachi's thick-cut soba that goes well with warm soba. The thickness and width are subtly changed depending on the condition of the buckwheat flour and the temperature. Enjoy the original taste of soba made with homemade flour.

There are also seats on the second floor where you can spend a relaxing time. You can choose from table seats, sunken kotatsu seats, and tatami mats.
