博多駅筑紫口側にサンライフホテル2・3号館というお安めのホテルが有るのですが、その１階。
ホテルに宿泊した朝御飯での利用です。
ここの朝御飯はバイキングではなく、
和定食(とり天)
和定食(焼魚)
洋定食(スクランブルエッグなど)
から選ぶ方式。
さかな市場そのものは、この辺りでなん店舗かあって、豪快なヤリイカ活造りが有るので、お客様が来たときのプチ接待などで良く利用させて頂いてました。
今日は和定食(とり天)
ご飯/味噌汁/コーヒーはお代わり自由です。
先に準備されていてすぐ出てきますけど、とり天旨いっ！
あっさりした中にもほんのり甘味の有る衣。
新鮮でサクっとした鶏。
良い出来ですね～
自家製という豆腐も、身がしまっていてコクがあり中々美味しい。
ちょびっとづつ付いてる明太子、梅干しなども、その辺で売ってるレベルですけど、元々のレベルが高いので悪くないです。
何気に味噌汁も美味しいし、醤油は九州の甘口醤油でこれもgood。
最も、宿泊じゃないと1000円の様ですけどそこまでの価値は無いですね。
しかし朝から満足、美味しゅう頂きました。
店員さんは外国の方のようですが、接客も特に問題なし。
お店は、ここは狭いので夜はきつそうですね。
