I didn't have much time, and I wanted to enjoy Hakata gourmet food to the fullest, so I went to this restaurant that caught my attention. I was guided to a semi-private room with only two tables inside the beautiful restaurant, and was able to eat quietly considering it's an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). There were office workers sitting next to me, but they were enjoying drinks and food, and the atmosphere was very nice. If anything, it feels more like a Japanese restaurant than a popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). As you can see in the photo, the sashimi was luxurious and the dry ice effect was good. Enjoy fresh sashimi and order Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). After all, all the gourmet food in Hakata is delicious. Next time, I would like to relax and have a drink. By the way, due to the Shinkansen train time, we only stayed for about 30 minutes (lol)
