"Daitoen" has been using carefully selected domestic Wagyu beef since its establishment. The meat we purchase changes from time to time, including Saga beef, Miyazaki beef, and Kagoshima beef, and we
...sample all of the meat we purchase. We only offer what we are satisfied with. We offer a miso-based sauce and a light soy sauce sauce, which we have maintained since our founding.
