博多観光の夜ご飯は、水炊きを食べにこちらのお店に入店。
個室で予約していましたが想像以上に立派な個室に案内してくださりました。
水炊きは初めてでしたがスタッフの方が、出汁スープの用意やお肉を鍋に入れて用意などをして下さりました。
スタッフの方がその場つみれを丸める手さばきが素晴らしくてつい、じっと見つめてしまいました。
注文したのは、シンプルに水炊きと小鉢のみのコースにしました。
小鉢は聞きそびれたのですが柿が入った刺身こんにゃくのようなものでした。
水炊きのお味はあっさりですが物足りないということはなく、優しく美味しかったです。
野菜、お肉のバランスが良く大満足です。
〆はちゃんぽんで頂きましたが、イメージの太めの麺ではなかったのですがこちらも美味しかったです。
シンプルなコースですが、朝昼と沢山食べてきた私たちにはちょうど良くお腹が満たされるコースでした。
また博多に観光の際は利用したいです。
