Food “Hanamidori” is a specially-raised branded chicken.
The birth of ``Hanamidori'' came about when the founder, Yoshihiro Kawazu, realized that ``the secret to the deliciousness of mizutaki lies in the chicken itself.'' This led him to become involved in poultry farming, and Hanamidori was born. Hanami chicken is raised with care in a chicken house blessed with clear air and plenty of sunlight, and fed with ``Hanami bird feed'' made by fermenting extracts of seaweed, herbs, etc., mixed with rice bran, soybean meal, etc. The odor is suppressed, and the taste and texture are clear. I can recommend it with confidence.

Our company's alcoholic beverage is made using original fertilizer made from fermented Hanamidori chicken manure from chicken coops, as well as the sake rice ``Hana-no-mai'' and ``Kogane Sengan'', which is the raw material for sweet potato shochu. The sake ``Kabeiko'' is made with our own rice, and has a crisp, dry flavor that goes well with mizutaki, making it easy to drink.
