場所は博多駅からも天神からもタクシーで7分！くらいの住吉神社前あたりに位置します。
外観はイカの大きなモニュメントがなんとも映え！観光スポットのように記念撮影して入店しました〜店内は1階カウンター席に座敷個室、2階席はなどプライベートから宴会まで対応可能な座敷テーブル席となっています。
やっぱり週末は満員御礼！コースをお願いしていたので、スタッフさんから予約内容の確認と説明があります！なんと今日は「呼子活きイカ」があると言うことでラッキーでした。
コース料理は九州の郷土料理が組み込まれていて観光客には最適です！まずは前菜から〜自家製フランス豆富、イカ明太冷製じゃがバター、スナップえんどうのサッパリ煮びたしなどでビールで乾杯！お酒のアテに丁度良いです。
待望の「呼子イカの活造り」は、透き通ったイカに感動！まだ動いている！と友人は歓喜の喜びの中パクリと「美味しい」と笑み！ゲソはハサミでチョキチョキして刺身で！これまた美味しいわ〜口の中で吸盤が引っ付くのも面白いです。
生馬刺3種盛/熊本、白子たっぷり呼子イカシューマイ/佐賀、大判チキン南蛮/宮崎と九州料理を堪能！そしてメインの「もつ鍋」が配膳されてきました。
もつ鍋は「秘伝味噌味」「塩しょうゆ」のどちらかを選択できます！迷わず「秘伝味噌」をお願いしました〜おもてなし度の高いスタッフから、目の前で調理して貰えるのもありがたいです。
新鮮なもつは美味しい！プリプリの食感に感無量！身体に染み渡るような味噌味が一番人気で、何度食べても美味しいと思える「もつ鍋」はココだと思います。
観光の方におすすめ！福岡博多でも間違いなく５本指に入る「もつ鍋」専門店です。
