昨日博多駅に所用があり出かけたけど、途中でサブバッグをどこかで置き忘れしてしまって・・
それを探しにまた翌日博多駅へ行くことに。
立ち寄った場所を全て探したけどみつからず・・、最近ヤバイかも(ノД`)シクシク…
まあ、せっかく博多駅まで来たのでランチをついでに頂くことに、数日前にTVで紹介されたお店へGO。
お店は普段夜営業の焼き鳥専門店ですが、ランチを始めて昼間はうなぎ屋さんに。
うな丼1000円、うな重2000円は特大サイズのうなぎを使用なので赤字覚悟の内容とのとこ。
この苦しい時期だからこそお客に喜んで欲しいとの企画、有難い。
ではそのうな重をオーダー。
注文してから串に刺しカウンター向こうの焼き場で焼かれるのでお時間は少々。
しばくしてお重は1つの盆にまとめて提供。味噌汁と香の物。
お重には肉厚なうなぎがぎっしりと並んでいます。普通のうなぎ専門店だと倍はしますね。
ツメが少し辛めかな。
卓上には京都の原了郭の山椒が置かれてます(凄い拘り)。かけると上品さが広がります。
夜営業の居酒屋さん、とても努力されている感が伝わってきます。
