The Fukuoka region is experiencing heavy rain today, to the point where schools are closed. I was also preparing for the next day, but I couldn't invite the members from Fukuoka on such a day, so I went exploring alone. It is said that it is usually crowded and difficult to go without a reservation, but on a day like this... or if you are alone... try this place. As expected, the counter was empty! First, order ◆Premium Malts (medium bottle) and then think about assembling it. The first group was decided on: ◆Skin (sauce) ◆White liver ◆Chicken liver ◆Pork belly ◆Beef sagari (salt) ◆Sashimi Hakata Samadhi (plum, mentaiko, wasabi) ◆Butadashi pork roll. All of them are priced at ¥140- and are reasonably priced, as well as large portions! You can order one bottle at a time, so even one person can enjoy a variety of things. Next, we added the signature menu ◆Steamed Gyoza / Dumpling. Deliciousness that won't disappoint. The second group of Grilled skewer is ◆Hearty ◆Tori liver (replacement) ◆Torikai (rice shochu) on the rocks. I was very impressed with how much they poured into the rock music. To finish off the meal, I ordered ◆Special eel rice Onigiri ◆Hibiki Highball. I didn't feel much "hibiki" in this one, so maybe another highball would be better. I was so full that I couldn't eat the tataki chicken, but I was satisfied. I'll come back when I'm alone.
