以前は博多を訪れる度に寄っていた葉隠うどん。コロナやら何やらで、３年ぶりくらいの訪問になってしまいました。
今や外国人観光客も数多く来店し、昼時は店の外まで行列が。しばらく待って、ようやくごぼ天うどんとかしわ飯にありつく。
早速熱々のおつゆをひと口。うん、このつゆだ。いりこの旨味たっぷりながら口当たりが優しい。これはいくらでも飲んでしまう。
そしてふわふわの麺だが、博多うどんの中では比較的しっかりしたもの。かろのうろんなんかはもっとやわやわだった気がする。適度に噛みごたえがあっておつゆによく絡む。短冊切りのごぼ天の食感もたまらない。
続いてこちらも欠かせないかしわ飯。鶏の旨味をしっかり吸ったご飯が最高。かしわ飯とうどんのつゆを、交互にひと口ずつ食べ進む。こりゃ幸せだわい。
いやあ、やっぱり旨かった。ひさびさに再訪できました。もっと食べたいところだが、空港に向かう前にかろのうろんにも寄りたいので、こちらはこんなところで（ところがこの日は火曜日で、後ほどかろのうろんを訪ねるも定休日であった…）。
豚骨ラーメンもいいけど、やはり博多のうどんは堪らない。ご馳走さまでした。
