``Kamohanri Marimo Main Store'' in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. I've known for a long time that Sara Udon for lunch is very popular, and I've always wanted to go to this restaurant. When I got there just before it opened, there were 4 people in line. You will be asked for the amount of noodles, so please enter "1" (1000 yen). It took about 15 minutes for the food to be delivered.I thought it was time for the 4 customers in front of me. Me and the next three guests arrived another 10 minutes later. The noodles are flat and curly, about 6 x 2 mm. There are also yellow noodles mixed in with the yellow noodles. The former has a chewy texture, while the latter has a stiff texture. It's similar to the strongly fried and crunchy Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) of ``Soubu Koi'', and the contrast in texture is fun. However, this one seems to be a mixture of two types of noodles: one boiled and one fried in oil. The whole dish also felt a little oily. It feels even more so because the seasoning is modest. The soup I'm tossing it with has a nice seafood flavor to it, which is nice, and the basic seasoning is good. By the way, half of it is chikuwa, and the rest is squid, small pieces, and clams. There's no pork in it, just bean sprouts and cabbage. The texture of the cabbage is probably due to the fact that it was stewed for too long, but it's more than knackered and has a crumbly texture. (>_<) I wonder if the shop owner thinks this kind of finish is good? For example, if you boiled it for 8 minutes and it turned out like this, you could have cooked it in 5 minutes and served it faster, and it would also be tastier. ( *`ω´) As mentioned above, the taste is modest and the portion is large, so I get tired of it and add the seasonings on the table. But none of the seasonings have their names written on them, so I don't know what they are. (~_~;) All five customers at the same table had different tastes, so they all probably felt that the seasoning was weak. Judging from the way the cabbage was stewed, I wonder if the owner actually tastes the food.
