【しゃぶしゃぶ鴨鍋コース】4dishes
一つ一つ手をかけた「前菜盛り合わせ」とまりも本店の人気メニュー「鴨鋤（鉄板焼き）」、「しゃぶしゃぶ鍋」のコースです。 鶏ガラベースのスープの中で、やや肉厚にカットした鴨肉に火を通していただきます。適度な火入れによって鴨本来のジューシーさを感じていただけます。 ポン酢もご用意していますが、塩で召し上がっていただくと最高です。 シメは田舎そばを甘めの汁で召し上がっていただきます。
