福岡市 博多区の『丸秀鮮魚店』。
一番人気という博多丼定食(800円)を注文。
ふむふむ、サイコロ状にカットされた
魚介がコロコロ盛られています♪
大部分がカンパチやブリですが、トロ(腹身)
部分の割合が多いのが嬉しい♪
中央に明太子とイクラも盛られていて
彩りも悪くない♪
しかも明太子はツブツブ感がシッカリあるし
この価格にしては量が多い事に驚きです♪
食感を楽しめる たくあんとキュウリは彩り
としても良いんですが、キュウリは青臭い
のでアボカドの方が良いのでは.... などと
思ってしまいました。
でも そこまで望むのは低価格で提供して
くださっている お店に失礼ですよね。

という３種の食べ方でいただきました♪
唯一、鯛出汁に鯛の脂と旨みが乏しくて
昆布出汁のようであったのが少し残念。
.... それでも充分 美味しかったですが♪
味噌汁は一瞬「貝汁か？」と思うほど
魚介の旨みが強い アラ汁♪
小鉢が一品ついているのも嬉しい♪
