福岡出張初日。
到着してすぐのランチで、牛たん炭焼 利久 博多駅店さんを訪問してきました。
場所は博多駅から直結。JR博多シティ 9F・くうてん内。
利久さんは皆が大好きな牛たんの名店。
店前のPOPで最高の定食を発見し、迷わずに突撃です！
13:00頃に到着。
行列はありませんでしたが、ほぼ満席状態。
座席はカウンターとテーブルを合わせて50席。
私は1人でカウンター席へ。
卓上には、醤油、胡椒、一味、楊枝、消毒用アルコールが常備されており、
箸、紙おしぼりがセット済み。
着席後、冷たいお茶が出されました。
入店時に決めていた通り、今回は、
・特選海鮮丼と牛たん焼 定食 食べ比べ 2,288円
・ご飯大盛り
を、オーダー。
食べ比べは、牛たん焼と牛たんさがり焼が各2切れずつ付いたものになります。
ご飯大盛りはサービスでした。
5分程で料理と海鮮丼用の甘露醤油が到着。早い！
おー！
これはビジュアルも最高レベル！
彩り鮮やかな特選海鮮丼に、牛たん焼と牛たんさがり焼が各2切れ。
更には、大好きな南蛮味噌、お新香、テールスープ、和菓子(抹茶のわらび餅)まで付いています！
海鮮丼は種類も豊富でクオリティもまずまず。
牛たん料理店の海鮮丼も侮れませんね！
牛たん、牛さがりは安定感抜群。
南蛮味噌、お新香、テールスープもバッチリで、福岡出張一食目は大勝利となりました！
個人的に超オススメの定食です！
