昔食べた時ほどのインパクトはないけど
美味しい
ごちそうさまでした
濃厚スープに背脂も浮いててかなりドロドロ系。
麺によく絡む。
だけど見た目ほどくどい感じはなくて、臭みはなく食べやすかった！
炙ったチャーシューも香ばしくてトロトロで美味だった。

土曜日15時ごろに行ったが、2組（5-10分程度）の待ち。ラーメンミュージアムの中では他は並んでいるお店はなく、人気の方だと思う。
オーソドックスなラーメンのみ注文。すぐ出てきた。
