ホテルのチェックインを済ませてから二軒目へ。
なんだかんだ歩いたこともあってお腹の好き具合も良い感じ。
ラーメン、餃子、生ビールのセットを注文。
ふるふるの背脂がしっかり表面に漂っています。
一軒目のお店と比べると、脂のこってり感がはっきり感じられます。
ちょっと量を食べるのはしんどいか…？と思っていましたが
食べるほどに箸が進みます。
餃子は小ぶりのパリパリでこれまた美味です。
自分で背脂を摂取していったせいか、食べるほどにこってり感は緩和され
最後のひと口はくどさも感じず餃子まであっさり完食。
キンキンに冷えた生ビールも、炎天下を歩き回った後の身体に沁みわたります。
いつでも伺えるなら確実に白ご飯も食べたくなる素敵な味わいの一杯でした。
