濃厚スープに背脂も浮いててかなりドロドロ系。
麺によく絡む。
だけど見た目ほどくどい感じはなくて、臭みはなく食べやすかった！
炙ったチャーシューも香ばしくてトロトロで美味だった。
なかなかボリュームがある一杯なので替え玉せずにお腹いっぱいになりました。
