博多駅近くで仕事仲間と食事をすることになり、予約して入りました。
時間はちょっと遅めで20時半ごろ。
堀コタツタイプの4人席に3人で座りましたが、テーブルも広めでゆったり感があります。
こちらのお店、器にもこだわりがあるのか、お通しの3品盛りからすごくお洒落です。
見た目もすごく鮮やかですね。
大人気なのが呼子名物のイカ刺しです。
まるまる1パイを細長い皿に乗せてあり、見た目がまたきれい、透き通った身です。
新鮮なんでしょうね。
胴体の部分を頂くと、残りの足とヒレの部分をてんぷらにしてくれると言う、これもなかなかの演出ですね。
他にも玉子焼きを注文したら、中にオクラなどの具が入ってたり、牛イチボのステーキもレアで頂きますがこちらも美味しい。希少部位ですしね。
その他数点頂き、焼酎のボトルもキープ。
3人で1万3千円と、まぁ質の分値段も普通のお店よりはお高めですかね。
でも充分に満足出来る内容だと思いました。
