今回は福岡市博多区住吉3-10-25にあります。
炭火焼きとり くぼさんへ。
焼鳥気分で近くをSEARCH。 するといい感じで徒歩圏内にある♪
内容を見てみると、土佐備長炭で焼き上げる・・・。 素材にもこだわった感じのいいお店さんだと思い予約を。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、カウンターとテーブル席。間仕切りはできますので、コロナ禍、安心ですね(#^^#)
まずは生ビールで乾杯！！ サッポロビールです。天気も良かったので、ゴキュゴキュ入りますねｗ
小鉢はくらげときゅうり酢の物。今の時期からピッタリ☆
とりあえずの串5種盛り 1000円（ささみ、ダルㇺ、タン、ずり、肝）焼きあがるまでにと、胡麻カンパチ、アジフライを。
なんで、胡麻サバとか胡麻カンパチついつい頼んでしまうんだろ・・・。 鮮度も良くワサビも溶きながら美味しく頂きました。
串はどれも鮮度良く
ささみは半レアでワサビがいいですね、ダルㇺは豚の腸。柔らかく炊き上げてありタレがベストマッチ。
タンも柔らかい、ずりは歯ごたえいい。肝もクセも少なく、半レア状態。甘辛いタレがよくあっている。
他のメニューももつ鍋や一品料理もあるし、壁にはボトルキープもたくさん。
チョイ飲みも仲間と飲むのも、使い勝手良さそう(^^♪
