Our Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is made using binchotan charcoal to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. You can enjoy the deliciousness of grilling over binchotan charcoal, which allows you to fry it all at once with high heat, and the aroma is different. How is it different from regular baking? We offer a course that is perfect for banquets, where you can enjoy our proud Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and Hakata's specialty Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). Our original chicken bone hot water soup is made by cooking chicken bones over high heat for 6 hours to create collagen clumps that are combined with the soup. Although it is light, it has a rich flavor that spreads on your tongue! We are also particular about the finishing noodles, and unlike regular Champon noodles, we use curly noodles that are used in Ramen. Please feel free to use it.
