After arriving in Fukuoka in the evening and eating Gyoza / Dumpling I wanted to have a few more drinks, so I stopped by this restaurant. There were two types of side dishes and they were delicious. After toasting with draft beer, I looked at the menu and saw that it was grilled blackfin. When I asked about it, I found out that Hirasu means Hiramasa. It's difficult to name fish because they really change depending on the region. I ordered grilled blackfin, corn Tempura, and pork trotters, but the portions were so huge that I had to eat all of them (lol).As we were talking about having some Fukuoka sake since we had come all the way to Fukuoka, the owner said, He talked to me and told me a lot of things, such as how there have been a lot of customers from South Korea lately, and how it was more convenient to take the train than the bus to go to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, and I had a good time drinking with him. This restaurant is very close to the hotel, so I wanted to go there one more time, but unfortunately the timing didn't work out. If I had to choose just one thing, it would be that the sake was really delicious, and if I had found it sold somewhere, I would have bought it as a souvenir to take home, so I wanted to see the jacket. Nowadays, when I order sake, there are many places where they show me the jacket of the sake and let me take a photo, but I'm too timid to ask them to show it to me (lol).If I go to Fukuoka again and stay in Gion, I'll definitely do it next time. This is a store you want to go to slowly.
