初めて博多の地下街で飲みました。迷路のような地下街に、所謂チェーン店以外のお店が沢山、大阪で言えば船場センタービルの雰囲気でしょうか。
イカやヒラメの刺身におばんざいを色々なお酒で次々楽しんでいたところ、メニューに中華も。
で上海で良く食べていた「トマトと玉子の炒め物」を注文、ちょっと甘くて懐かしいあの味でした。
そう言えばママさんの発音の癖は、と思って伺うと沈(瀋)陽のご出身だとか。博多に来る機会が出来たらまた伺いたいです。
