お店にはおばんざいがカウンターにずらっとならべてありいつも美味しそうなんです。
ランチもやってて曜日によってメインがかわる。
夜はおばんざいメインの小料理でさくっと飲むお店。
この日は沖縄のお客さんがいて焼酎をごちそうになりつつ楽しく飲めました。
だいたい博多駅なので他県のお客さんが多く博多に来たら立ち寄るお客さんが多いみたいです。
私はここの中華風アレンジの和食が大好きで、毎回初めて食べる味にビックリさせられます。
メニュー豊富ではなく沢山食べるお店でもないのですがどれもママの手作りでこだわった味付け。
特に麻婆豆腐すきですがおばんざいが美味しい
またさくっとたちよります。

This store is right next to Hakata subway station. Is it the first time in 5 years? I used to visit this restaurant sometimes at night, but since I'm now using Hakata Station a lot, I happened to stop by for lunch. Occasionally, I would see the landlady cleaning the house thoroughly, and she seemed to be doing well. It was almost 13:30 and lunch was almost over, so there was only one group of customers. When I entered the store, the landlady remembered me and greeted me with a smile. I sat down at the counter and ordered the daily lunch special. I was curious, so I added chawanmushi as well. It's been a while since we last met, so we talked about various things while we waited. On that day, I arrived with a little wait. It seems like you can refill the rice and miso yourself, and with a smile she says, ``Eat as much as you want!'' They also have wakame tsukudani, and I was told the recommended way to eat it, and they said, ``It's best to eat it by putting it on top of rice, covering it with the tsukudani.'' Tsukudani with a heaping portion of rice. And miso. Let's start with the fried chicken. A piping hot fried chicken with a slightly sour seasoning. Juicy fried chicken is delicious! There are many menu items here that are a fusion of Japanese and Chinese Japanese-style meal. Is Small dish also rape blossoms? It felt like spring, and it was delicious. Apparently they received kumquats, which were boiled in candied water and served as a dessert. All the dishes were delicious and made with careful use of ingredients. We also had hot tea, so we could have a relaxing lunch. It is located on the second basement floor of the Asahi Building, which is close to Hakata Subway Station. I highly recommend it, so please give it a try.

いつも、帰りにのぞいて満席じゃなければ立ち寄るお店。
博多駅の博多口の地下にあり立ち寄りやすいのですが、お店の規模が小さく満席が多い。
それでも入れる時があるので中に入って女将に確認して入店してみると、OKとのこと。
一通りお料理出し終わった後らしく、ひとり客で入れました。
いつも生ビール大が好きで頼むので覚えててくれてるのも嬉しい。
おばんざい付きのDセットで頼むと丁度いい。
2杯目からは瓶ビールなのでそれもおぼえててくれる。
好みを覚えてもらえるのは嬉しく、また来たくなるお店なのは間違いない。
なによりも、定番メニューが変わらないが、毎週かわる、女将のおばんさいがめちゃくちゃ美味しくてなかなかないお料理だからそれが楽しみでいつも立ち寄ります。
おからと明太子
しっとりクリーミーで明太子の塩味がほどよくまとめてあるおから。
これがポテサラよりもヘルシーだし食べやすい。
おばんさい盛り合わせは女将チョイス。

これがあたり！
山椒のピリッとした刺激と風味にじゃこの食感があう。
ご飯にも合いそうなお料理。
手作り味噌がのった刺身こんにゃくも美味しかった。
毎回手作りの逸品があり
また来たくなります。
