福岡県福岡市、福岡の夜は色々な選択肢がありますが、福岡の焼き鳥のレベルの高さも久しぶりに味わいたいとこちらのお店を選択です。
江戸前の焼き鳥ですが、福岡の名店の血を引くお店でして、福岡にはこの血統のお店が多いように感じます。
また、和の名店であるしらに田でも修行をされていたとのことで、現在でも関係がおありなのかしら？
しろに田セントラルキッチンとの名称が、こちらの建物の所に掲げてありました。
博多駅から徒歩圏内でして、こちらの良いところは雰囲気の良さ。
予約時にはカウンター席を所望していましたが、何故かテーブル席に通されました。三人だったから？
そのテーブル席も非常に雰囲気が良く、それはそれで結果オーライかな！
サービサーもメインの方はしっかりとしているので、慣れていない方のオペが少々気になったぐらい。
しらに田との関係を示す胡麻豆腐は、さすがの出来栄え…次の日にしらに田ランチで本物を食べましたが、そん色ない出来上がりです。
現在、福岡の焼鳥シーンは、セットスタートが基本。
某店では肉縛りもアウトとのことで…福岡でぐらい好きな串を食べさせてほしいものです。
こちらのお店はその縛りの串セットが少ない本数バージョンもあるので、ほっとしました。
ただ、こちらのお店の素晴らしいところは、最初からオーダーもOKとのこと！
これで好きな串で固めたコース構成、ワインもボトルで１本お願いしちゃいました♪
ポーションが適度にしっかりとしていて、肉質も吟味されていることを感じるささみ。
福岡では必ず供されるような気がしますね、うずらの卵。これも火入れがグッド。
レバーは切り方が独特ですが、レバーレバーしすぎずに良いトライかもしれません。
また、つくねはポーションがかなり大きく、ふわりと焼かれています。
一品料理も最後のそぼろ丼も、焼き鳥は一品料理だと思わせる素晴らしき仕上がりでした。
お会計も5,000円程度と、納得安心価格でして、まだスコアが低いのが信じられないな。
穴場と言っても良いお店だと思いますよ。
