先週、食べログで予約していましたが、当日のお昼にイカの入荷が無いと連絡がありました。
連絡を頂けるのが良心的です。その日はキャンセルして1週間後に再予約しました。
久しぶりの活イカは鮮度と歯ごたえ、甘味が違いました。とても美味しかったです。
刺身のあとは天ぷらを頂きました。
天ぷらはより甘みがましてとてもお勧めです。
イカが採れなくなってきているのが残念です。
