博多の夜に訪問。
うどん酒場のお店で、一品料理とお酒が充実しています。
もつ煮つけ麺うどんと、ごぼう天を注文。
飲み物はまずビール。
そのあとは芋焼酎をいただきました。
もつ煮の入ったつけ麺の出汁がとても美味しい。
お酒が進む味です。
天かすがたっぷりなので、これで焼酎を空けられます。
うどんの麺は福岡のやわやわ麺。
このやわやわが、味の濃いつけ麺出汁とよく合います。
ごぼう天はサクサクで、箸休めにもツマミにも最高でした。
