日本酒が楽しめる酒場のランチ
博多キッテのプレミアムお食事券（期限12月）がまだ残っているので使用しなければ・・とわざわざ博多駅まで出てきました。
どこにしようか・・迷ってこちらの看板を発見。
ここは日本酒が楽しめる酒場、ランチも営業していて店内ほぼ満席。
目についた看板は「博多ごま鯖膳（1500円）」、ごま鯖は福岡名物、たまに食べたくなります。このメニューのみご飯、明太子お代わり自由。
1人と伝えるとギリカウンターが１席のみ空いていたので即案内。カウンターはお一人様ゾーン。
卓上にランチタイムのみから揚げ1個10円の案内、2個追加で。
お冷は冷たいコーン茶のようなさっぱり。
お料理はまとめて１つの盆で提供。
メインの胡麻さばは、特製甘辛タレがよく絡んでます、やわらかめ食感で５～７切れとたっぷり入り。
卵焼き1切れと漬物、ガメ煮、味噌汁。
明太子は勿論お代わり。
シンプルな構成だけどお腹も起きてきた・・ところにから揚げ2個。
全体的に柔らかで、家庭的なから揚げ。
地元人もいっぱいですが観光客にウケそうです。
ここつ使いやすいお店なので、機会あればまた来ると思います。

新鮮な鯖に合う、豊富な日本酒！！
子供を迎えに博多駅へ、ついでに夕食。
GW後半、令和に入った世間は凄い人出。お店は入り口からどこも大行列。
どんぶり居酒屋喜水丸を退店、お腹が満たされないためもう1件・・。
飲食店フロアーをウロウロ・・丁度１テーブル空いたのでその店へ即入店すると、「どうぞ」と案内されました。
こちらは新鮮な鯖料理と、豊富な日本酒が揃うお店。
まずはビール。
博多名物、評判のゴマさば。相変わらずゴマだれが美味しい
子供が肉も食べたいと言うことで、黒毛和牛の陶板焼き、ウニ添え。
卓上に火のついた陶板が置かれたので、セルフで焼肉。
ウニは生のまま添えて頂くと美味しさ倍増。
手羽先焼き。甘辛いタれがやみつき
日本酒にも手が伸びます。
看板の鯖より肉料理で満喫しました。

日本酒の種類が豊富すぎて・・迷います(笑)
グビグビツアー２日目。今日も全快です！！
福岡の魅力を知ってもらいたく、ご当地名物の食べ歩き・・。
そういえば、胡麻さばをたべさせていない・・と言うことで、
うどん居酒屋からこちらに移動です。
本店は博多駅近くの居酒屋ですが、博多ＫＩＴＴＥ店の地下だと昼間から営業しているので利用しやすいです。
郷土料理でサバ料理も得意で、日本酒の品ぞろえは豊富です。
冷蔵庫にもいっぱい入ってます。
日本酒は飲み比べセットを注文、提供までに時間かかかりました。
何を注文したのかが一目瞭然で判るように、してくれているのはありがたい。
郷土料理「ごまサバ」と「がめ煮」「クリームチーズ酒盗和え」。蕎麦定食を注文。
日替わり定食は漬物４種類食べ放題、これもいいアテにしました。
ごまさばは、やはり新鮮なサバのみにしか使用できない。たれも美味しいですが
福岡ではまあ普通。
ご馳走さま、お帰りの飛行機予約時間までもう少し。次はどこに行きます！？

A friend came to Fuku from Kumamoto. Tonight was a New Year's party at Yutomo, so we enjoyed it from lunch. The location is in Hakata Kitte, and since Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) in the evening (from 4pm), my friend was looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and decided on this place.It's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that serves Japanese sake. Open for lunch during the day. Inside the store, there are mainly table seats, counter seats, and the table seats were all occupied, so we sat side by side at the counter seats. From the menu: Two-tiered soba and sesame mackerel bowl set (980 yen). The sesame mackerel bowl also has 1 cup of rice and 2 pieces of soba, but when combined, it's 1 and a half pieces, which is just the right amount without being too much. For your companions, enjoy the Hakata Sesame Mackerel (1,500 yen), all-you-can-eat rice and mentaiko. If you like mentaiko, this is a meal that will satisfy you, and you can eat it to your heart's content.
