博多駅に所用、どうせなら夕方にあわせて。切符の予約.発券を終え終わると、さあ1杯のみへ。
こちら団体向けの居酒屋さん、下見がてらへ訪問。
お店はビルの７F。エレベーター降りると目の前店頭。
入店すると、レジがありスタッフが2～3人スタンバイ。この日も何件か宴会があるので案内するためだそう。
キャパあり広そうですが、他客が見えない仕掛け。
1人でしたが、半個室6人用テーブル席へ。
卓上にはメニュー表がこれでもかっというほど準備。
まずはドリンク、瓶のプレミアム。
アテはうに玉いくら。普通の鶏卵の茹でにウニといくらが乗ってます。贅沢な1品。
お店名物の本マグロ、黒マグロの藁焼き。
ほんのり温かいまま提供、塩で頂くと美味しいとの説明。
付属のガーリックを巻いて食べると美味しさ倍増。
塩麴漬込み熟成牛タンの塩焼き。
塩麴漬けだけあって肉の甘味を引き出されてます。
お酒がススみます。
客層は団体中心ですが、ファミリー使いでもよさそう！！！
コースの他に単品もあり、お酒の種類も豊富。
宴会使でも満足できる料理です。
