First of all...the appetizer is grilled beef! It's my first time trying this type... It's seasoned with salt and pepper, and the meat has a nice flavor! Lately, I haven't been able to eat much, so I'm very happy to have just one piece...Next is low-temperature cooked liver sashimi! I love reba sashimi so this is great! Seasoned with classic salt and sesame oil... melty texture and great flavor! Even though it's my third restaurant, I feel like I'm really enjoying my meal...The dish I personally ordered was...the cross-section sashimi of real tuna! It looks interesting, and you can enjoy the taste of various parts, from the refreshing taste to the fatty flavor of each cross section! At first glance, the lineup of dishes doesn't seem to have anything to do with Kyushu, but perhaps the ingredients are produced in various parts of Kyushu...lol It looks like it could be used for entertaining, so I'll try it next time!
