博多での夕食は、博多駅から徒歩5分にある「もつ鍋 六花舎」さん。
炉端焼きで人気の「鎮座 タキビヤ」が手がけるもつ鍋専門店です。
モダンな店構え、店内もお洒落で洗練されています。
もつ鍋の前に一品料理を、ハーフで頂けるのがいいね、どれも美味しい。

カラッと揚げたゴボウがお鍋をひきたてます。
〆はちゃんぽん（350円）、スープをすった麺が最高。
